Meditation is the king of healthcare treatments (at least in Jeremy’s opinion). Whenever you have a systemic or chronic health issue, you should be meditating. If you have a human body and brain… you should be meditating :) These brains and bodies seem to need some regular, focused quiet time to rejuvenate, recharge, process stress and negative emotions, and generally be at their best. Meditate!
