Your Health First

Choosing to make your health a priority is one of the best choices you can make in your life. With a healthy mind and body, you can accomplish just about anything. Even knowing that, women too often put their health and needs lower down on the priority list than they should, choosing to put others before themselves. However, we believe putting yourself first, making you a priority, is the ultimate act of love. We are here to assist you in placing your health at the top of our priority list.

Carpal Tunnel and 3 Years of Sciatica Pain Gone!

My doctor recommended Transformational Acupuncture to me to treat my sciatica, which I'd been struggling with for three years. At first I was skeptical and a bit upset—my sciatica was giving me such pain I was waking up at night from it. But I was desperate and I thought to give Transformational a try. It was the first time I had ever tried acupuncture and the whole experience was completely new for me -- including a session where a practitioner looked at my tongue and told me to avoid certain types of foods. But you know what? The acupuncture worked. After three sessions my sciatica was completely gone. Three years of pain, gone in three sessions. I was a believer!

I came back for treatment a few years later for my carpal tunnel syndrome. I had read an NIH study saying that acupuncture was a great treatment for it, and also got the blessing of an orthopedic surgeon. I went for four sessions including body work. I believe that this, in tandem with using a wrist brace at night, has helped minimize my carpal tunnel pain completely.

In addition to healing my pain, Transformational Acupuncture has a friendly staff, a tranquil environment and concerned practitioners. I would recommend it to anyone -- even if people just want to go for some rest and relaxation.
